Feta in Lemon and Rosemary Marinade
This pot set feta with lemon and rosemary has a beautiful savoury flavour which is lifted with the inclusion of lemon for fresh and tangy notes.
This flavour is close to our original marinated feta but even better!
Our vegan Brie is slightly firmer than a ripened traditional Brie but still has that lovely ripened earthy flavour and soft creamy mouthfeel.
We do not mould ripen our vegan brie. We dust it in tapioca to dry the outside and give it a lovely soft cheese rind.
Our vegan smoked gouda was inspired by the popular dutch cheese. Ours is a semi-firm, pale yellow cheese with a delicious salty, hickory smoke flavour.
We recommend keeping this cheese for no longer than 3 – 5 days. After opening wrap in baking or greaseproof paper and then stored in the fridge.
Yes this is a vegan jalapeno Havarti! Not only does it have chopped up jalapeno chunks throughout, but each piece the rind is generously dusted with delicious smoky chipotle powder.

This Danish inspired vegan havarti cheese is deliciously light. We infuse it with roast garlic and then encrusted in a black pepper rind.
A perfect accompaniment to serve with this cheese would be savoury plum chutney.
