The majority of our cheeses are designed to be served as part of a cheese platter but how you choose to serve and eat them is up to you and your imagination! If using on a cheese platter they are best kept refrigerated right until you are planning to open the packaging as they will soften at room temperature, some cheeses more than others, so keeping them cold will ensure they are easier to remove and plate up.
Our cheeses are preservative free so are vacuum sealed to maintain freshness.
Once opened our Brie and wedge cheeses are best consumed within 3 to 5 days.
Wrap completely in paper towel and in a sealed container and store in refrigerator.
With Marinated Feta ensure all cheese is underneath the marinating oil when storing. If there is not enough oil left in the jar just top up with olive oil and store in the refrigerator.
All our cheeses are made from housemate almond milk and are soy free and dairy free.

We would not recommend our products to people highly allergic to peanuts or other tree nuts and sesame seeds.
