Humble Beginnings
Noshing began in 2017 as a small home business, sparked by necessity when Michelle, our founder, transitioned to a dairy free diet.
One of Michelle and her husband Jonathan's favourite pastimes was taking their beloved dogs, Missy and Mason, on picnics and camping trips.
These special moments always featured a bottle of wine, delicious snacks, and of course, a cheese board.
Michelle was determined to recreate these treasured experiences without compromising on flavour.
This determination led to the creation of Noshing’s gourmet, dairy-free cheeses. From here began our range of vegan, soy free cheeses that are beloved across Australia.
