Pistachios are the diva of the nut world and we've leaned right into it. Whole pistachios suspended in amber caramel, with that distinctive sweet-salty, faintly floral thing pistachio does and nothing else quite manages.
Our dairy free butter goes into the caramel, giving it the richness that lets pistachio sit on top rather than fight for attention. Nothing dairy, nothing muddy, just a clean buttery base under a very loud nut.
It looks like something from a Middle Eastern sweet shop and snaps like proper brittle. Cooked in small batches to a deep amber, poured thin, broken by hand.
