Peanut Brittle 100g

Roasted peanuts folded through amber caramel cooked past safe and straight into properly toasty. It sets glassy, snaps clean, and shatters with that satisfying crack that makes people look up from their phones.

Classic brittle leans on dairy butter for richness and roundness. Ours uses our own dairy free butter instead, so you still get the buttery caramel depth without a scrap of dairy in it. That's the whole reason this tastes like brittle should rather than like a substitute.

Caster sugar, roasted peanuts (27%) (peanuts, salt), glucose syrup, water, amber candi syrup (invert sugar), lupin butter (vegetable oils and fats (palm, high oleic sunflower), cocoa butter substitute (RSPO certified palm), water, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin), lupin protein, salt, acidity regulator (lactic acid), antioxidants (rosemary extract, tocopherols), colour (beta-carotene), natural flavour), raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), salt, natural vanilla flavour.
