A thick, spoonable caramel sauce made from scratch with real caramelised sugar and coconut milk but don't worry it doesn't taste like coconut milk! No dairy, no gluten, no compromise.
We slowly caramelise Australian sugar in our oven until it develops deep toffee and butterscotch notes, then cook it down with coconut condensed milk, coconut milk and a hint of salt. The result is a rich, indulgent caramel sauce that tastes like the real thing because it is the real thing.
Spoon it over ice cream, drizzle it on pancakes and waffles, swirl it through porridge, or eat it straight from the jar (no judgement). Also available in a pourable syrup version in squeeze pouches for lattes and drinks.
