Defrosting:

Defrost overnight in the refrigerator before baking.
If received defrosted, do not refreeze. Store chilled and consume within 3 days.

Baking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 200 °C fan bake. If using a conventional oven (no fan), preheat to 210°C.
Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the Brie en Croûte in the centre.
Baste pastry with your preferred basting ingredient. We recommend a 60:40 mix of EVOO and maple syrup for a super crispy finish!
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
If using a conventional oven, we recommend rotating the brie halfway through for even baking.
All ovens vary, so keep an eye on your Brie en Croute to ensure the perfect result.
Some oil from the filling may leak out during baking, but this will not affect the final product.

Serving & Storage:

Serve immediately for the best texture and flavour.
Leftovers: Wrap in cling film and store in the refrigerator.
To reheat, gently warm in a 150°C oven until heated through or place in an air fryer for a few minutes until crisp and warm.
