Michelle NoshingThe idea for Noshing was born when founder, Michelle, gave up animal products and realised there were no authentic tasting dairy free cheeses available. The types of cheeses that you’d enjoy on a picnic, with a glass of wine on a cheese board or that you’d be delighted to have on a grazing table.

Noshing set out to give dairy free cheese lovers an authentic range of gourmet cheeses that don’t compromise on flavour and are made from natural ingredients.

At Noshing, our approach to developing dairy free cheeses is simple; use natural Australian ingredients and stay as close as possible to traditional cheese making methods. This means we still press our almond milk curds, we age our cheeses and we even have a cheese cave for mould ripening our incredible blue vein cheese.

Our mission is to be the dairy free choice for every cheese platter and grazing table.

All our appetising products are made in our kitchen by hand and with all natural, high quality ingredients.

Noshing is also a proud partner of Carbon Neutral’s Plant-a-Tree Program.

This program is helping restore Australian biodiverse habitat, and contribute to expanding a natural carbon sink.

Trees absorb CO2 and release oxygen while cleaning the air we breathe, they filter the water we drink and supply habitat to over 80% of the word’s biodiversity. Also, forests provide employment to over 1.6 billion people, and are primary ingredients in a quarter of all medicines. They capture and hamper water in places that are in danger of floods. A single tree are often home to many species of insect, fungi, moss, mammals, and plants. All the advantages of planting trees and reforesting are too numerous to list!
