Noshing began with a passion for cheese and a growing need for dairy-free options. When Michelle was advised to cut out dairy for health reasons, we refused to give up our favorite picnics and cheese platters. Instead, she started experimenting in our kitchen, crafting delicious vegan cheeses, including plant-based mozzarella and lactose-free feta. Our journey led to the creation of artisan vegan cheeses that are perfect for anyone seeking gluten-free and dairy-free cheese alternatives. Today, Noshing is proud to offer the best vegan cheese in Australia, making it easy for everyone to enjoy their favourite dishes with our plant-based creations.
