Our vegan Brie is slightly firmer than a ripened traditional Brie but still has that lovely ripened earthy flavour and soft creamy mouthfeel.
We do not mould ripen our vegan brie. Therefore it is dusted in tapioca to dry the outside and give it a lovely soft cheese rind.
This product has 3 months best before while sealed and refrigerated. 7 – 10 days after opening. We recommend keeping this cheese tightly wrapped in cling film once opened.

Ingredients: almond milk (almonds, filtered water, lake salt), coconut oil, tapioca starch, nutritional yeast, kappa carrageenan, lake salt, apple cider vinegar, annatto, shio koji, flavours (vegan).
