We begin by mixing in crushed cayenne peppers into our delicious cheddar before cold smoking over apple and hickory wood chips.
The dominating aromas of chilli and wood smoke are embraced by the creamy buttery texture of this cheese.
This product has 4 months best before while sealed and refrigerated and 7 – 10 days after opening. We recommend keeping this cheese wrapped in parchment or baking paper in the fridge.
We offer the option of flat rate shipping in the Perth Metro area or free collection from our kitchen in Cloverdale.
If you select shipping, please provide an address where someone will be there to put it straight into the fridge. We ship only Monday to Thursday and delivery take 0-1 days.
If you select collection, please advise in your order notes your preferred pick up time and day.
