Our Brie is slightly firmer than a ripened dairy Brie but still has that lovely ripened earthy flavour and soft creamy mouthfeel.
It is dusted in tapioca flour to dry out the outside and give it a lovely soft cheese rind.
This product has 3 months best before while sealed and refrigerated and 7 – 10 days after opening. We recommend keeping this cheese tightly wrapped in cling film once opened.
We offer local pickup from our premises Love Street Kitchen,
25 Love Street, Cloverdale Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm.
